Confirmed from Spratt Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with a seasonal pool, pickleball & basketball courts, baseball fields, a playground & dog area.
What runners say about Spratt Park
“Great place to be outdoors with kids, your best buds, or just by yourself running the track, swimming and or playing your favorite sports.”
I only wish there was more trees at the dog park for them to have shade on these hot days. Otherwise, it is a great place for the dogs with fresh water available to them at all times.
We brought our two dogs there to run around for the first time today. It was perfect except a lot of people hadn't cleaned up after their dogs so there was quite a few piles of poop to navigate around. Other than that it's a great place to let them run and play.
Great place to be outdoors with kids, your best buds, or just by yourself running the track, swimming and or playing your favorite sports. Sprat Park has been around a long time, and has always proven to be a safe and happy place to be.
Great park for dogs to run around. 2 separate dog parks, one for small breed dogs and one for large breed dogs. Only complaint it gets really muddy in some spots with wet weather.
Trail conditions & character
“I only wish there was more trees at the dog park for them to have shade on these hot days.”
“No benches, but there are plenty of rocky and grassy slopes to sit on.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceNatural surface — easiest on the joints and the most fun, but expect roots, rocks and mud after rain
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
