Confirmed from Spring Creek Trail - Integris Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Kid-friendly space offering a paved trail system in the woods, plus off-road mountain biking paths.
What runners say about Spring Creek Trail - Integris Trailhead
Nice peaceful place to go walk the dog. I went the entire way from the hospital to lake arcadia and we got to see deer cross the pathway. The dog and I are both tired by the time we walk the 2.75miles one way. It's very secluded and wooded but lots of people utilize the trails. I love it.
One of the best walking & biking trails, no doubt about it! I love that it’s flat and smooth with proper markings to keep everyone in the proper lanes for safety.
A huge walking biking and hiking trail. The forest hike is about a mile but the other bike and walking trail is more long. You will most certainly see wildlife! Fish in the creek. Very relaxing 😌 hike in the forest. Parking for this trailhead is in the integris health building parking lot.
Trails are excellent for MTB. Edmond Parks maintains the trail system regularly. Grab your bike and get rolling. Excellent local trail system either for biking, walking, running, or hiking in the woods.

“This is a paved trail that is striped, to indicate that half is for walkers/runners and half is for cyclers.”
“I love that it’s flat and smooth with proper markings to keep everyone in the proper lanes for safety.”
“Bike repair station, dog waste stations, and benches on path.”
Plan your run at Spring Creek Trail - Integris Trailhead
The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
