Confirmed from Spring Hammock Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This wildlife preserve has hiking trails & two parks with sports fields, a playground & a boardwalk.

“I bring my dog to walk the trails and it is so calm and relaxing.”
This trail was so tranquil! Occasionally, I ran into other hikers, but for the most part, it felt as though it was me and my God communing together alone. It is great for quality family time, self reflection, etc. Don't take my work for it. Experience it for yourself.
Absolutely gorgeous park. It's an Old Growth Forest with a Cyprus swamp with tons of large Cyprus trees. Some are so large with huge trunks. They are amazing to sit and gaze at. Nice bike trail.
Love this place. One of my favorite trail heads. Super simple and fast. If your feeling adventurous you can go off the trail head and explore too. Can be alittle muddy if you go off the trailhead but super fun! I love bringing my dog for walks through here. It's about 2 miles to the end and back.
We love the trails and can’t wait to see the new improvements that are being done. I bring my dog to walk the trails and it is so calm and relaxing. Highly recommend anyone to come visit and take a walk.
