We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Spring Lake Park Trailhead yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Great outdoor hiking and fishing. Saw a few Bold Eagles while I was there. I made several trips there and simply enjoyed the outdoor environment
There are lots of paths and plenty of scenery. I would definitely come back.
Fantastic park to escape for awhile or for a family fun day..many things to do here and amazing views. Awesome trails. Very clean and welk kept. No one bothers you and the staff, well what can I say..go above and beyond for your experience. Id give 6 stars if I could.
