We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Spruce Hill Conservation Area yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Spruce Hill Conservation Area
This place is awesome! Never anyone at this beach and during some summer days the water is super clear and blue. If you are willing to do the walk down (.25-.50 miles) it is worth it. Very private and good water.
Nice walk where you go through the woods to get to the beach. Great ocean view from the platform before you go down the stairs.
