Confirmed from Stebelton Park at Rock Mill's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Scenic

Grist mill from 1799 featuring tours, a waterfall and a gorge.

“Within a few hundred feet of each other, there is a beautiful covered bridge, a mill that first existed in 1799, and a nice waterfall.”

This is an incredible, but small park that is well worth visiting, but first set your expectations appropriately. Within a few hundred feet of each other, there is a beautiful covered bridge, a mill that first existed in 1799, and a nice waterfall.

This mill was first built in 1799, and is a scenic and interesting place. I have included some photos from over the years. There is a very old photo from when it was operational, which I would guess was around 1900.

Great place. We went when the mill building was open and the staff was amazing! Very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to us, my son even got to use a tool to get the corn off the cob. All the floors were open including the bottom level with the gears which was so interesting to look at.

This is a treat! I want to say it is a hidden gem...it was for me. I really enjoyed this, and the hike to the waterfall is somewhat steep, but very doable. Very enjoyable, and I recommend.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
