I recently visited Stewart Park and had a wonderful time! The park is beautiful, offering stunning views of Cayuga Lake and lots of green space to relax and enjoy nature. It’s the perfect place for a peaceful walk, a picnic, or just to unwind by the water.
Nice park with great for east hikes, walking. Plenty of picnic tables and benches to rest. Some cool swings to enjoy the views. Lovely playgrounds with carousel. Clean bathroom and indeed the park has garbage can and even recycling bins.
The park faces off the lake and features an upgraded playground for kids. All facilities are clean and well maintained. There is a fishing dock and a basic water sprinkler. Kids friendly. Very soothing view of the lake and surrounding hills. No entry or parking fee.
Stunning park that sits against the lake just outside of downtown Ithaca. There are paved walking/biking trails, water access points for watercraft, benches, swings, (clean) bathrooms, and huge play areas for kids. There’s a splash pad for the hot days too. BBQ grills are lined up all over for picnics.
