Confirmed from Stough Canyon Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Recreational area with hiking trails, golf, picnic tables, and a view of the city.
What runners say about Stough Canyon Park
“Beautiful and well maintained park, very quiet area, clean bathrooms, plenty of parking.”
“A great hiking trail head with easy free parking, multiple paths and great views on the Burbank/Glendale valley on one side and the San Gabriel valley on the other.”
“Not much else - though the quiet is addictive away from idiots who make their cars unnecessarily loud.”
Always loved this park. So incredibly peaceful with absolutely no one around for at least the two hours I was there. First time taking my pups, they enjoyed the green grass, chirping of the birds, and the cool breeze while laying in the shade. What a beautiful day. Five stars everyday!
Hidden gem for Burbank residents! People rarely go here you’ll only see a few coming from a hike walking around. Very peaceful and great weather. Wind is cold since its a little high. Walk a little more to the end and there’s a spot where you can see the entire city of Burbank and a great view of the sunset.
This is a beautiful place to walk. Bathrooms need warm water and an air dryer because it gets very very chilly. Best viewing of the city of Burbank and beyond. My only concern is the slide areas. Be aware and be safe this is mother nature but the city has done well with it.
The closest trails to my house and the views are amazing... Great terrain and awesome to run.. They are not the most difficult but are very enjoyable
