Lots of great areas for kids to play. There is a really nice playground. Recently opened up a new nature type by area with a small Creek for kids to play in, zip lines, as well as natural play equipment. Make sure you bring clothes you won't mind getting wet and muddy. The observation tower is great as well.
Nice park with paved and unpaved trails. You can get to 2.5 miles or so with the widest loop. Lots of events are held throughout the year. Food and drinks are nearby.
One of my favorite parks. It's large and open, and has many experiences. A playground for kids, trails to walk, a pond to fish in, birds to watch, a dog run, restaurants and grass to lay on and watch the clouds pass by. There's something for everyone.
While the park was fun and the terrain was soft and would be considered "handicap" accessible, the actual play equipment we were on were steep, and there was not one thing for any child who may need accessible equipment. There is a little area for smaller kids, but definitely not "baby".
