Confirmed from Swaim Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Definitely one of the better playground sets in the area. Parents looking for the playground: use the parking lot off Zig Zag road (Google brought me to the other parking lot, which is still a very short walk to the playground, but it's not visible from that parking lot.

2025 More of a smaller park / area. There is a small walking trail that loops around. The two ponds & the beautiful fall foliage make it a wonderful stroll. I feel like this park design is more for ages 3 & up.

★★★★★ — Brianna , Nov 2025

This is the perfect little park with a little bit of everything. Two little ponds with water fountains and a encircling walking path surrounded by diverse trees and benches. It has picnic shelters, a gazebo, playground, a baseball field, soccer nets, basketball, sand volleyball, and tennis courts. 10/10.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
