We were visiting the Lake Tapps area and had to walk our pup before sundown. Google maps search pointed us to this trail. The entrance we used was at a dead-end road in the middle of an industrial park. We thought that was odd, but there are signs indicating "trail" was here.
A fantastic addition to the growing trail network in western Washington. The trail has many access points between Algona and Puyallup. There is approximately 5 miles of paved trail that meanders along the river and farms on the outskirts of Sumner.
Great location. No many people around. Open space great to ride a bike or get a run in
Very nice and clean trail. This access point leads you to the bridge that will take you south if you follow the trail, or you can go north continuing on the trail, along the creek. Good views! If you cross the bridge on the right side there is a large path that can take you right to the creek.
