Confirmed from Sunnydale Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Grassy outdoor area with a playground and a paved track for walkers and joggers, plus swings and a gazebo.
What runners say about Sunnydale Park
“Wonderful park , mildly clean , overall a good park to do community service.”
Great park for walking, flying small kites, with a playground for young and older kids. You can park on the lots or on the street on the other side of the park.
The park is great for people of all ages, from babies to seniors! There are two playgrounds with slides and swing, a gazebo with two picnic tables and a big grassy field surrounded by a walking/running/biking track. Lots of trees around the track and two benches to take a break.
A nice park but the parking lot is in the side with the walking track. You have to park on the residential street if you want to park by the play equipment. Or does have a nice little pavilion.
They offer a decent sized children's park and have a soccer field. The park also offers a walking path however, besides that it doesn't offer much more.
Trail conditions & character
“Great paved walking path and nice little park.”
