Beautiful little park with a great walking path along Utah Lake. Peaceful, clean, and perfect for catching a sunset. Great spot to relax or take a nice stroll.
Sunset Beach Park is a smaller park inside of the Waters Edge community in Vineyard. It's closer to the water so it may take a bit to get to, and it has a smaller parking lot here. Their bathrooms are clean, but the park itself seems to be a graveyard for old toys and kids shoes.
Sunset Beach Park is a quiet and underrated spot near Utah Lake. I’ve been here for walks and relaxing by the water, and it’s usually calm and peaceful. The open space and lake views make it a nice place to slow down and enjoy the outdoors.
EDITED: this park is now completed and I believe is one of the hidden gems of Utah Valley. The original old growth tree stands as nice shade in the summer and the sand and water area is a fun place for kids to play as they learn about erosion. And if you can time it right, the sunsets here are phenomenal.
