Confirmed from Pheasant Brook Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Beautiful location. The fields were well groomed green grass. The honey buckets were well maintained. Quiet park. Beautiful trees for shade on the edges.

One of my favorite parks! Clean bathrooms, pavilions, drinking fountain, path for walking or riding bikes, trees, and a creek! The creek is a big hit with the kids. It's not deep most of the time, but it's just enough water that they'll step in it and get wet shoes.

★★★★★ — Monica , May 2019

Pretty straight forward park, I like that there's a covered pavilion right by the playground. There's another one across the stream, maybe some people like having picnics away from noisy kids, just not me :).

★★★★☆ — Lindsay , Dec 2019

Pheasant Brook park has a large grassy area, baseball fields, a pavilion with picnic tables, and bathrooms. For little ones, there is a modern playground close to bathroom and pavilion. For active children and teens, the there is plenty of space to run around and toss a frisbee or football.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 9 mentions

“It has lots of grass field, a play area for kids, tennis courts, restrooms and a small creek that runs through it.”
