Confirmed from Sunshine Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with a playground and picnic tables, plus athletic fields for baseball and softball.
What runners say about Sunshine Park
“Great fields love playing here, awesome concessions and Workers, fields are well kept and bathrooms are very nice”
“What a great, family-friendly park.”
Really great for softball. The only complaints I have are that the playground area is less than desirable (my kids go to the elementary playground instead) and, the concessions are average at best (but, they're probably run by volunteers so, what can you really say?). Otherwise, a good place to end up along the way.
Very well taken care of and a great place for soccer/biking/walking/baseball/softball and there's a small skate park too.
