Confirmed from Tackamack North Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring biking and hiking trails, a picnic area and woods.
What runners say about Tackamack North Park
“Its beautiful and highly likely that you will meet at least, one other off-leash and friendly dog.”
Great local park to walk your dog and you meet other people with their dogs too. Definitely a nice little getaway for a few minutes to enjoy the fresh air amongst trees. Interesting bike trails too, very entertaining to watch.
This place is beautiful, great for sightseeing or just enjoying time alone. With plenty of picnic benches its easy to drive in and have a nice lunch, they even provide Grills for a nice outdoors dinner.
The Long Path is the one pass through this park, plus other non-blazed trails help to make a loop of different distances. There are not spot views, but it still a good place to meditate and enjoy the nature. The trails are good for kids.
Nice little park with hiking trails. Long Path hiking trail goes through it.

- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
