Confirmed from Terry Hershey Park Hike & Bike Trail - The Anthills' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Terry Hershey Park Hike & Bike Trail - The Anthills

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (184 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

This trail is good for bike or hike. However it's not friendly for kids. The environment is good and easy to catch nice pictures.

★★★★☆ — David , Sep 2022

An excellent place to ride trails. This is the trail to ride if you really want to get your workout on. The Antills are a biker's dream. Shout out to the community of bikers that keep that trail awesome. This was my fourth ride on the Hershey Trail but first on the Anthills. I definitely will be back.

★★★★★ — Vincent , Aug 2022

Found a parking lot on Daily Ashford and walked on the trail for a couple miles from there. There are some benches, picnic tables and exercise equipments appearing once in a while along the trail which was a nice surprise. Will be back for a longer walk.

★★★★★ — Hitomi , Jan 2022

Very nice bike and hike trail. Has many trails to bike and hike and the bayou passes through.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🅿️ Trailhead parking 5 mentions

“Frustrating how many little pull offs there are the seem originally intended to be undeveloped microlots, but they're now gated off with no parking signage.”
