Confirmed from Texas A&M Hike & Bike Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“A great location to hike and bike with some great views.”
A great location to hike and bike with some great views. The campus is beautiful. If you bring your dog, please be courteous to others who use this space and curb it.
Have been coming here almost half my life. Walk the dogs go for a run and easy stroll after dinner and the moonlight. Nice! So blessed to be just a few miles from one of the best hiking bike trails in the world!
Perfect for a sunset stroll. I love this hike and bike trail because it's easily accessible, has neat native plants and species, and usually has a good variety of birds along the shore.
We walked 5 miles on the trail. The campus is beautiful. There are lots of birds and other wildlife to see.
