Long and Peaceful walk. Lots to rest your eyes on along the trail. Bikes are allowed be we walked it and the weather was perfect.
Beautiful, peaceful, easy trail. Bridges are starting to weather a bit, but are still safe. Great trail for the whole family to get out. 3 different options to hike either the whole trail out and back for around 13.
We are blessed with seven miles of the most beautiful trails following the Cumberland river. I love the wonderful colors in the fall, the abundant waterfowl in the winter, the unbelievable wild flowers in the spring and the welcome shade in the summer. If you are lucky, bald eagle and osprey sightings are not uncommon.
