Confirmed from The Dripping Springs Sports & Recreation Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring baseball fields, soccer fields and basketball courts; also has picnic tables.
What runners say about The Dripping Springs Sports & Recreation Park
“Baseball practice for travel team here last weekend, the field was in great condition and was a fun place to play.”
“Great parking and plenty of room for fans to spread out a blanket and canopy to cheer on their team!”
Nice park for walking and running, and other sports, or just picnicking.
Plenty of parking when we were there, although not all of it is paved. Fields slope and we're not all labeled clearly, but lines were marked well on the soccer fields. Nice restrooms in the front, with portapotties close to baseball fields. Small playground for the little ones.
Nice quite shaded park. The play ground is good for all ages but really geared for 3-6 year olds. They have public restrooms and plenty of shaded picnic tables. There are nice granite walking trails around the park. The trails are approximately 1 mile long with options to cut the walk shorter.
The short dirt trail at this park is gorgeous. Behind the baseball fields are beautiful trees. Currently there's some construction ( assuming for new heb?) behind the park which is unfortunate. Most dogs here are on a leash. Not very busy during the weekdays in the mornings. Open clean restrooms.
