Confirmed from The Hewitt Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about The Hewitt Park
“Excellent Park, large Pavilion has rest rooms, large smoker grill well maintained, large playgrounds, horseshoe pits ( bring your own horseshoes ) and even a golf course ?”
“Kids had a blast and plenty of space and things to play on for all ages.”
Good 1/2 mile track and not completely circular, so it isn't as boring. Basketball court, soccer fields, disc golf, bleachers, pavilions with bathrooms and picnic tables, volleyball pit. Playground is fun, lots of swings, slides, interactive areas, and rock climbing.
Great community park with a lot to do. Basketball courts, soccer/football feild, disc golf course, walking trail. It also has a play ground and a pavilion.
Great and safe place to take the kids to ha e fun, also there is a 1/2 mile track in case you feel the need to take a walk or jog maybe walk the dogs. The park has many activities including a basketball court and a playground fully dedicated to children.
Fun disc golf course, but they didn't design it with pedestrians or vehicles in mind. Some baskets face the parking or driving areas, and multiple spots throw over or through walking areas. Amazing Pokemon go area!
