Located behind Bass Pro Shop and definitely worth checking out. It's not too long of a walk and I enjoyed the wildlife. I will definitely come back when the cranberries in the bogg are in season.
Absolutely gorgeous. Dogs are allowed. But please clean up after them! It's a short walk, half a mile. Children could easily walk it.
We had time to kill before a wedding and we had seen signs for the Nature Trail and the Cranberry Bog, and we ended up on the actual day of the Ocean Spray Harvest Fest. What a magical few hours watching these guys wrangle all the cranberries and start to vacuum them up.
It's about a half mile walk around a working cranberry bog and the forest area. There's a nice boardwalk in some parts and the rest is packed dirt or mild climbs at the end...go right at the start to go down the hill vs up...nice brook to sit by and take some pics. It is hard to find from patriot place imho...
