Confirmed from The Park at City Center's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about The Park at City Center

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (310 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

“What an awesome, clean and safe environment to walk around and participate in Halloween activities for all ages!”

🏞️ beautiful scenery 7 mentions

“They need more public restroom facilities and parking, but overall a lovely place to just hang out and enjoy a beautiful day ❣️”

Nice area in central Woodstock, where the city events are held. I have attended several holiday/summer events here. There are good parking options during non-events, where you can park near the gazebo and enjoy a walk or picnic lunch. My two year old likes to run around the ampitheater lawn.

Good place for some stair running. Nice fountain. Good for picture taking.

★★★★★ — Rod , Apr 2023

Great area to walk around with a green space in addition to shops and dining. Parking can be an issue as they now charge to park on main street, but there is a garage near by, but that can feel far depending on what you want to do and if you are in a hurry or have a disabled person with you.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
