We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of The Red Gate yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Sprawling park, featuring hiking and cycling trails, boating and beaches.

Mountain Biking at The Rez is no joke. For all you non-locals, Lake Pueblo has a wide variety of activity options. A swim beach, hundreds of miles of trails for hikers and bicyclists alike, camping, boating and beautiful site seeing.
Hiking and biking trails...a good hike is down skull canyon to stone henge connector is south shore come back up Rock canyon...but there's tons of options...not much shade, go early in warmer months
Nice trails for hiking. Panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Not very crowded, with differing degrees of difficulty.
I'm definitely biased on this review because I love this place a lot! Whether you have a boat, kayak, mountain bike, road bike or just want to go for a nice little hike, this is the place to go to in Pueblo. The mountain bike trails are awesome and well maintained.
