Confirmed from Thomas Edison Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Well-kept riverfront park featuring a boardwalk and picnic tables.

Very nice relaxing place to visit. See the freighter pass by, look up and see traffic go over the blue water bridge. Alot to see and take a walk along the river front.
Great park! Beautiful bike path along the riverfront. We spent the afternoon watching the ships go by & was not disappointed! We went specifically for the Viking Octantis! Just wished there were restrooms in this park.
Cute place! You can't get this view very many places, with the bridge and beautiful deep blue water. Plenty of parking and a nice park to walk around
Beautiful place for relaxing and walking. Pet allowed. Parking spot beside. No shadow area, no large trees.

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- SurfaceBoardwalk — flat and scenic, and slick when wet, so watch your footing
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
