Started off a great day here yesterday remembering the troops that have passed away. Some folks see walking and others jogging. There is a play area and a paved path by the lake. Have not been during a day there was an event held so it's just my account on yesterday
I love taking a walk around the track looking in the retention pond at Turtles tadpoles fish geese nice and grassy some shade and sun my kids love it
I believe one full trip around the track around the pond is one mile. We had to run around it for gym class at Parkview. They take care of it and the pond does get algae thats why they added the fountain. Great park to bring the little one or to get the gang together for some b-ball new back boards and nets.
This is a cute little playground with multiple play gyms and a nice little lake to walk around. I like that there's some shade for cooling off. The biggest downside for me is the lack of bathrooms.
