Confirmed from Three Sisters Reserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
99-acre nature preserve with lush terrain, hiking trails, wildflowers & views of the ocean.
What runners say about Three Sisters Reserve
“The hike down is easy but the hike uphill is very hard and exhausting me and my son we made it to the top also the view is gorgeously stunning !”
Great hike with beautiful ocean views! Warning, it is a pretty steep hike (you can either hike down and then back up or visa-versa). I had a once in a lifetime experience of coming across a pair of male rattlesnakes "fighting" (see video) last time I hiked this trail. They are most likely vying for a female.
I was there in April. What a beautiful place. Surrounded with yellow and green colors. Pretty easy hike.
Trail within trails. Really nice views of the ocean area. There’s plants that you do need to move over to get by. Definitely bees and snakes. We saw one rattle snake but we heard many more around. Nice trail within several trails.
Spectacular Views. Trails are very steep in many places with loose dirt and rocks making this a hike only for only the very fit and agile hiker.
