Confirmed from Thunderbird Conservation Park Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Arrowhead Point Trail is a beautiful, peaceful spot with great hillside views and a charming surrounding neighborhood.”
This is a nice hike to do if you don’t want to spend all day hiking. The total loop from the parking lot is a little under 2.5 miles with about 500 feet of elevation gain. We took our time and finished the loop in 1 hour and 15 minutes. There were several people that were running the path and lapped us.
Trail running - rocky and almost a 1000 feet of elevation. Very well maintained and lots of hikers.
Went hiking at sunset with a friend the other night. It was after the big storm and all the mountains in the distance were covered in snow. It was beautiful :)
Great place for hiking. Good cardio exercise that lasts about 20-25 minutes uphill.
