This is the most beautiful place in all of Mississippi! The trails are awesome, with some of the most amazing rock formations! My favorite was the swinging bridge and river views. I could hike for days here and never get tired of the scenery.
This park is amazing. Hard to believe that you're in Mississippi with the hills and outcroppings. Trails are great, well marked, beautiful, and range from easy to moderate. The park staff was friendly and worked hard clearing the falling leaves from the sites.
Enjoyed my visit to this park. The cabin was a typical stone cabin, that would be a very cozy place to stay. But be warned, stone is very cold and during subfreezing temps the cabin is very hard to heat. Made for some very cold mornings.
Awesome park. Trails are pretty well-blazed, nice and wide. We even saw staff leaf-blowing the trail by the front office. There is quite a lot to see with trails running next to the creek or through Rocky bluff areas. The only complaint I have is that the office wasn't open and it would have been nice to browse a bit.
