Confirmed from Tom Tudek Memorial Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Last Saturday, I stumbled upon a hidden gem called Tom Tudek Memorial Park while in State College, PA. I was searching for a quiet spot to unwind, and boy, did I find it!

★★★★★ — Brandon , Jan 2025

There's two separate park areas for kids plus a dog park. One park is for smaller kids and the other has more advanced equipment. There's tennis courts, picnic areas, a soccer/football field, baseball field, water fountains, and clean public restrooms.

Specifically went to the dog park. Great spot to bring your dogs for off leash time. There are generally two separate areas available, one for little dogs and one for bigger dogs.

went back here a couple of times since it’s closer to my apartment complex. it’s a quiet park with a calm atmosphere, perfect for a short walk or just sitting down to clear your mind. not too crowded, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy some fresh air.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🐕 Dog-friendly 15 mentions

“This is my third place, highly recommend for a hike, tennis, bird watching, butterfly watching, dog park, and picnic!”
