Confirmed from Tow Path Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Green space along the Niagara River featuring a playground and benches plus walking paths and sunset views.
What runners say about Tow Path Park
“Beautiful view of the water as it rush past to became part of Niagara Falls, one of the mighty wonders of the world.”
“Nice quiet seeing the Niagara River.”
This is a nice little park, right at the end of the Niagara Street bike path. The river has a little eddie right here because of the marina breakwall just upriver, so there's often some seaweed or debris near the water's edge, but you get some nice views of Strawberry Island, Grand Island, and Canada.
Really nice playground right on the river! Such a beautiful spot. They have a small walking path around the park. Benches along the water. Definitely a great spot to visit with or without children!
This park is ideally located along the Niagara River. There are places for picnics, walks, kids can play and if you have pets they will absolutely love it there. Watching the boat go by is also fun.
Learned to fish there for the first time yesterday. Nice area no big crowds nice grassy area for kids to run and play. Good place for sunset pics
