Confirmed from Towne Green's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Towne Green
“Also, great for running in the general area.”
Very big and open with a stream close by. Has soccer goals from u14-u18 sizes. Also, great for running in the general area. Baseball field and volley put very close to the area. It is a big space and can be used for many things.
Legacy Park is like a small town within the city—over 117 acres of green space, walking trails, four swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, sports fields, and even its own swim team. Weekends here often feel like a staycation, with plenty of outdoor options right outside your door.
Trail conditions & character
“The neighborhood has a strong sense of community, with year-round events like festivals, holiday lights, and car shows.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
