Easy walk down to the bridge to get over to Rose Island, very tough walk back up! We got in our steps on the way back!
Pretty unique park. I did not like how there are not many garbage cans around the park. Trails are somewhat clean but some changes should be made for it to grow as park that gets many visitors.
Very relaxing hike. I wouldn't want to do it after rain without good hiking shoes.
Well, they warn you up front that the trail is strenuous. The first half was amazing. You just sort of stroll down the hill. It is paved and super easy, but steep down. It leads to trail 7 which is on Rose Island. If you take 3 back the way you came, it is paved, but quite steep.
