We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Trammell Crow Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

First time walking here and I love it. It's really clean and they have exercise equipment available. Definitely will return

★★★★★ — Candice , Sep 2022

Love this park! Very clean with renovated bathrooms. There's exercise equipment for those who love to workout for free. Plus renovated tennis courts for those to love to play. Your dogs will even love this Park because of all the space there is to run, walk and be free.

★★★★★ — Masorete , Sep 2025

Great park to go w/ family, dog or alone to walk or play tennis. I also like to just sit back and enjoy nature and the people around me.

★★★★★ — Hannah , Jun 2025

Small intimate space with excellent tennis courts a great parking. Could use a large walking track around the entire green space.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 3 mentions

“Exercise equipment, 4 tennis courts, soccer fields, 2 covered pavilions, playground, and bathrooms.”
