What runners say about Trestle Park
Currently upgrading some features - two look-out areas over Stegman Creek and adding new benches and picnic table. It has ramp access to the White Pine Trail, as well as an old-fashioned outhouse (non-flush toilet, just a hole with a seat over it). A water fountain is being installed to fill your water bottles.
This place was built up for the railroad to come through. The tunnel is massive and just a really cool place with some walking trails.
This place takes u back to the old days. When they built this over the river. Standing there overlooking it will definetely take u back when they built it by hand nothing but man power. Just amazing craftsmanship. Also a bathroom is conveniently on location and picnic tables.
Very quaint and access to the rails to trails as well. Gas two picnic tables, two benches and an outhouse for public use. The entrance was hard to see because the trees block the park sign.
