Nice park if you live around this area. We were here for a church picnic, Saturday between 10:30 am - 1:30 pm. The park was parked today. Parking was full, but luckily you can also park on the street, so that’s definitely helpful. From the street to the park lake is about a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed it.
Nice place to walk. A small lake to fish. Dog friendly. Ducks and lots of pretty birds. It has a resistance work out area. A playground for kids. Super nice park
It's really a nice park with nice wide walkways. The Ducks in the pond are entertaining and come when on the side of the banks there are people with food to feed them. There are people fishing. The pathways are wide enough that a group of cyclists came by and didn't bother those who are just walking for exercise.
The park itself is beautiful, the fishing sucks. Water levels are too low, water is dirty and very murky. Cannot cast deep in or you'll get snagged and lose at least 2 lures on these low walls that are submerged inside the lake ... the views are pretty, plenty of shade and trees.
