Confirmed from Tracks at Brea Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Tracks at Brea Trail

“It’s perfect for outdoor biking, jogging, walking with strollers and wheelchairs.”
A very leveled and smooth 3.6-mile track that has a two-way bike trail, with a separate pedestrian path, nine fitness stations, benches, restrooms, and drinking fountains. It’s perfect for outdoor biking, jogging, walking with strollers and wheelchairs. Dogs are also allowed, but must be kept on leash.
A beautiful place to stroll! So clean, many friends you’ll see around enjoying their walk, jog, run, scooter and bike rides. Restrooms and drinking fountains are so clean. There’s even a shaded gazebo area with tables. Pathway / trail is so clean and well maintained. I felt very safe walking this trail.
Combined use walking/biking trail. Painted paved lanes for bikes and pressed dirt for walking. Outdoor exercise equipment and bathrooms as well as air for bikes and dog cleanup materials located near crossing with Brea Blvd.
Great for a walk, run or bike ride. Basically all flat surface except at west end, there are some stairs.
