Amazing and long walking and biking trail with lots of wildlife and marsh and river
Wow! I didnt know this connected with Campion Trail, which in turn connects with Trinity river on one end and can connect to Lone Star Park on the other end. That makes for miles and miles and miles of running or biking. It looks well kept. Not my best choice for a picnic because of the smell.
Nice place to walk, ride your bike but it sometimes smells really bad cause of the trinity river.
My Favorite Irving Park. I walk my dog most mornings at Mountain Creek Preserve. The main section of the park has a half-mile paved oval track/trail. Campion Trail continues the paved trail to the West...two miles to MacArthur.
