Clean, peaceful path. Hard to believe you are still in the city. Be sure enough to find the large pond.
Beautiful, but short. I think it's about 2 miles round trip. Partially covered, and absolutely gorgeous. Especially when you get to the water part. No easy parking options though. I normally park at the Catholic church nearby. I walk here often after work. It's rarely crowded. Highly recommend..
Great trail with lots of wildlife and natural scenery. Pin on map is in an odd spot since there is no parking near that location, but I ended up making my way to the dog park on livernois and got on the trail from there.
Great trail. I appreciate the other dog owners who follow the leash law and are willing to give you space when training your dog too. Thank you for such a beautiful place to retreat to outside the big “jungle of buildings” … nature is so refreshing and rewarding.
