Confirmed from Trumbull Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with a baseball field, picnic tables, playground, and restrooms.
What runners say about Trumbull Park
“Always Clean and Always 5 degrees cooler than anywhere else in Plainville!”
“The volunteers do a great job running it.”
A hidden gem! We've been going here for 30+ yrs! There is ample parking (when there are no games happening) in a tarred lot & a gravel lot too. There are 5 ball fields and a trail that circles all of them.
Its a very nice park, very clean. We walked around the exterior of the park. I download a pedometer to measure a lap, and one lap is roughly a half of a mile.
Great place to have a baseball/softball game. There is a little park area too. Great for walks, jogs or running as well
We love the park. We watch our grandkids play baseball here. My youngest one likes to play on the playscape and swings. We especially like the snack bar. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich is delicious! It's better than most restaurants. The volunteers do a great job running it.
