We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Tubbs Meadow Monroe Street Trailhead yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🐕 dog-walking favorite 3 mentions

“If you have a fear of dogs I would not go here tho- very dog populated walking area and several are off leash.”

It’s a huge area with lots of nature and different overlapping trails. If you have a fear of dogs I would not go here tho- very dog populated walking area and several are off leash. Most owners are respectful though. Lots of birds, turtles and fish.

★★★★★ — Monica , Apr 2021

Ample parking. Easy trails with a few benches to enjoy a rest with a view. There were swans and waterfowl swimming about. Some trails lead out of the area but it's easy to stay in-bounds on a circuitous route.

★★★★★ — Jason , Mar 2023

Flanked by several old cranberry bogs, the meadow offers several well marked walking paths, some sunned while others fall under the cover of woods. A pleasure to walk with others or your four legged friend.

★★★★☆ — James , Apr 2018

Drove here to fish about 30 min away. Nice walking and running for sure but the water is completely encased in weeds and turtles. Not fishable. The trails are pretty clean.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
