Confirmed from Tumwater Hill Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with picnic tables, baseball field, and walking trails.

The trails are gorgeous, they are well maintained, wide, and a great place to walk with your dog. I used Google Maps to find Tumwater Hill Park and was lead to an elementary school parking lot. Simply head towards the baseball field, and you'll see an access point or two.
Beautiful forest with soft, wide path. Our 1st visit, so we stuck with the main path, entered right next to the fenced ballfield, walked all the way down the hill and back up. It's pretty steep in spots (for an older person from the Texas flatlands) but totally manageable. We'll return to explore the side paths.
A forest trail system in the middle of otherwise dense housing. It's beautiful, but some of the hills are quite steep and with loose soil and gravel. Watch your step.
It's a nice shaded park with walking paths. Kind of short and located in the middle of a neighborhood. Good for a quick walk. Fairly steep hills.

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
