Confirmed from Twin Rivers Community Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Lakefront, urban park offering an indoor aquatic center, athletic fields, mini-golf course & trails.
What runners say about Twin Rivers Community Park
“My favorite place to relax with nature bathrooms kept good and playground clean about all I've checked out so far.”
“Another fantastic park with an awesome time for people of all ages.”
So much here...the Family FunPlex with an indoor water park, mini golf course (18 holes), softball fields, amphitheatre, playground (getting a new one in 2024), and connections to trails and natural areas. I come here almost daily for workout classes. The baby geese in the Spring are so adorable!
Historically, one of the best maintained ball complexes in the State. There is a pond and playground on the east side and the Family Funplex is adjacent to the north which has a miniture golf course, indoor swimming pool, gym, indoor walking/jogging track, rec center. etc.
Trail conditions & character
“That said, there are some great features offered at the park, such as little lake, wildlife, access to water and public bathrooms and kids safe flooring all over the playground.”
“Dogs on leach, lots of parking, clean n some bring blankets by fence to watch.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
