Confirmed from Upjohn Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Outdoor zone for kids with swings, slides, jungle gyms and basket ball courts.
What runners say about Upjohn Park
“A nice, clean park, very clean bathrooms, a varied playground for children.”
“I try to walk my dog here every other day.”
My favorite park in Ridgecrest CA. Basketball 🏀 court was just newly renovated. In addition, there is plenty of space to walk laps or to walk your dog. Also, there is a ice play ground to bring your kids too play. Sometimes I've noticed people celebrate birthdays 🎂 here as well.
I try to walk my dog here every other day. On the other days I walk my dog with my daughter & her dog in the desert. It's a very clean park! It's great for kids also! I really enjoy it & so does Mabel (my dog)
Love to walk my dog on the path. There's a lot of open area next to it and grassy area a part of it. I see kids playing on the basket ball court and playground when we walk too.
What a great little park to take a walk in and hang out for a bit. Shade, private areas, recreational areas, covered cooking areas. And safe
