Confirmed from Valley Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Scenic park for hiking and biking, with swings and slides and a nature area.
What runners say about Valley Park
“One of the many beautiful parks located in Mendota Heights.”
I have driven by this place many times and always assumed it was just a playground. I was pleasantly surprised to find a stream and a trail right nearby. Here's some info I found out when I looked up the park: This park sits on 94.4 acres, with nature areas and trails and a softball / baseball field.
One of the many beautiful parks located in Mendota Heights. Has a stream running through park and great walking trails. Also basketball hoop and a ball field.
Nice little park to have a picnic. We also walked on the trail for a while.
Great place to enjoy nature, if you dont mind a little traffic noise, a few paved trails to explore that connect to others, just be on the lookout for bicyclists, most tend to ride irresponsibly and will run you off the paths
