Confirmed from Van Vorst Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Historic public square with playgrounds, dog runs & community gardens hosting a farmer's market.

My safe place and the reason why I moved to Jersey city in 2019! So beautiful, well taken care of, lovely weekend farmer’s markets, and community. Only thing is some dog owners allow their dogs to go in the No Dog zone and plenty of irresponsible dog owners allow their dogs in the dog runs who shouldn’t be there.
