Confirmed from Veterans park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Shaded, clean urban park featuring playgrounds, barbecues and paved paths for jogging.

“Plus, there are beautiful scenic trails and a lovely creek to enjoy.”
“Very quiet, and a good place to chill, be by yourself and contemplate the world’s problems, or the meaning of life.”
This park is fantastic for both kids and adults! It offers a wide range of activities and even has fitness equipment for adults to stay active. Nice, clean restrooms, too!! Plus, there are beautiful scenic trails and a lovely creek to enjoy.
Very clean and well thought out park. The park is right next to the airforce base so its fun to watch the jets while they play. There are walking trails, public restrooms, and pavilions to rent as well.
Nice city park. Started a hike here for the Cibolo Creek trail. It is the dry season, so I got to follow the riverbed a lot. Great for a local hike/walk. Pet friendly.
Very cool, pristine park. Very quiet, and a good place to chill, be by yourself and contemplate the world’s problems, or the meaning of life. It’s also a nice memorial to our country’s veterans.
