A Hidden gem in Newport News Victory Landing Park, located in Newport News, Virginia, is a waterfront spot hidden from view by an office building and a memorial arch. Newport News near this part seems a little run down. It is a very nice place for relaxing or taking in scenic views of the James River.
It's a chill little spot with great scenery by the water. A great place to go on a date and go for a walk. Chill, think or meditate or just be in tune with nature.
A small park nested behind the city, you'll have to walk a block to get there. At the park, you can visit the arch, or go to the park and walk around. The park itself is small and behind a Newport News Shipbuilding building, but still beautiful nonetheless. Here, you are right along the ocean.
