Nice, scenic park with fresh air, tons of natural landscape, like the woods itself, navigable trails throughout the park, great picnic spots, wildlife like deer, plus sneak peeks into the woods residential community, if you want to visit during the day or late afternoons for walks, spend relaxed hours overall.
My favorite park! Close to the Audubon Library. It is filled with tall trees and lake filled with fish and turtles. It has trails during that are great for walking. I always come here when I need to unwind and relieve stress It is scenic during the autumn and summer.
It's really a lovely park! The walking trails are smoothly paved and easy to navigate. Make sure to keep small kids and pets out of the poison ivy along the edges, and don't leave without checking out the gorgeous little pond!
Lovely paved path around the lake. Lots of wildlife. Plenty of benches to sit on to take in the sights or to read. And there's a fishing area.
