We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Warbler Woods Bird Sanctuary yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

FIRST THINGS FIRST! Make sure to email the owner beforehand, as the property is gated with a code! All the bad reviews for this place seem to be simply because of this fact, which is incredibly unfair in my opinion. This place is wonderful!

Such a peaceful sanctuary! Maintained well with lots of blinds, feeders, and bird houses. Great variety of open fields and dense covered paths. My favorite bird to spot there is the painted bunting!

Very lovely property! We saw several species of birds and butterflies during our visit. The wild flowers were just about to bloom and I suspect that the place will be much more colorful shortly. The grounds are well cared for and the trails are clearly visible. The owners provide maps and check lists for your visit.

Warbler woods is a bird sanctuary but much more, it is a great place to walk and enjoy nature. It is privately owned no fee is charged, rules are easy but of course consider a donation to help out. Admission is by approval, check their web site.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
